Creamy White Sauce Pasta 


Ingredients:
Pasta: 1 cup
Carrots (cubes): 1
Capsicum(cubes): 2
Flour: 1 tbsp
Butter: 1 tbsp
Black pepper: 1/4 tsp 
Cheese (shredded): 2 tbsp
Sweet corns: 1/4 cup
Oregano: 1/4 tsp
Milk: 1-1/2 cup
Salt: to Taste

Method:

Boil pasta with a little salt  and drain it out.  In a pan heat the oil and add carrots, capsicum, sweet corns, and stir fry them for couple of minutes. 
For White Sauce, Add 1 tbsp of butter in the pan and heat it a little beat add 1 tbsp of flour and whisk it for a minute then add milk and whisk! whisk! whisk! avoid lumps in the sauce.
now its time for seasoning.add oregano black pepper and salt, mix it well. Add sauce in veges as it starts thickening. add grated cheese and toss pasta and its ready to serve! Enjoy! :)
