
Creamy Noodles Soup Ingredients: Onions (chopped): 2 tbsp Carrots (cubes): 1 Potato (boiled&mashed): 1 Instant Noodles: 1 pack Sweet Corns: 2 tbsp Butter: 1 tbsp Garlic: 1/2 tsp Flour: 2 tbsp Chicken Stock: 4-5 cups Salt: 1 tsp White Pepper: 1/2 tsp Corn Flour: 1 tbsp Parsley: to garnish Cream: to garnish Method: Heat the butter and add onions and garlic into it and cook until they get soft and shiny. Now add flour, carrots, sweet corns, salt, white pepper and mix them all for a minute. In the end add chicken stock and add mashed potato and instant noodles as well. Now cook until it gets thicker. according to me you don't exactly need corn flour because mashed potato gives thick consistency to the soup. If needed you can add corn flour.in ...
